I am a certified Associate Coach from International Coaching Federation.
I bring 20+ years in IT, Product, and Marketing, leading global teams and building digital and AI products while working closely with clients, stakeholders, product teams and the C-suite.
I know what it’s like to be capable yet unseen, to deliver results but still hesitate in leadership conversations — because I have been there.
What shifted my path wasn’t more effort, but the clarity, courage, and confidence required to lead at the next level.
